Covid Safety

We are delighted to be able to welcome you back to live events and want to assure you that the safety of our guests is of the utmost importance. To keep everyone safe, therefore, we have requested that all guests take a Lateral Flow Test on the day prior to the event. If the result is positive, we request that they do not attend the event but make their place available to a colleague, and similarly if they are asked to self-isolate by NHS Track and Trace. We will not be asking for proof of your negative result but would expect that anyone having a positive test would self isolate and seek confirmation via a PCR test, as they would in any other circumstances.

The Grand Connaught Rooms also has a range of measures in place with the safety of attendees in mind and you can read more here.

    The Drinks Reception

The Drinks Reception will be held in the Balmoral Suite, where you can convene with the rest of your party. If you have items for the Cloakroom, this is located on the Ground Floor and reception staff will direct you on your arrival at the venue. There are branded group meeting points in the Balmoral Suite for guests who have booked a premium table. RB Magic will be entertaining groups of guests during the reception and we invite you to be photographed with your group in front of the Business Culture Awards media wall. This image will be sent to you following the event.
