Awards Dinner Menu 2025

Join us to enjoy an exquisite 3-course dinner and drinks. Please make sure to let us know of any special requirements, such as kosher, vegetarian options or no alcohol, for those in your party, by Friday 14th November latest. Due to the number of guests attending, we will not be able to change choice of dishes on the night itself.

Starter

Squid ink-cured Orkney Isle salmon
with Asian flavours: chilli, star anise, ginger, lemon, radish micro herb salad
(Fish, Mustard)

Pickled wild mushroom
butternut squash purée, avocado mousse, Inca tomato and salsa verde
(Sulphites) (VE)

Main Course

Poulet Grand-Mère
Served with spring onion, baby carrots, pomme purée, peas, tenderstem broccoli, red pepper, light cream tarragon jus
(Celery, Sulphites, Milk)

Butternut squash & Ragstone goat cheese custard tart
white onion purée, sautéed salsify, peas & baby coriander
(Milk, Soya, Gluten, Egg, Mustard) (V)

Dessert

Passionfruit & white chocolate posset
chocolate cantuccini

Cherry and Amaretto cheesecake
granola and apricot crunch
(Gluten, Nuts, Sulphites) (VE)

Drinks

All tables will have a complimentary half bottle of red or white wine for guests but we appreciate that this will not be suitable for everybody. You are very welcome to exchange any unopened bottles of white wine for red and vice versa. You may also exchange any unopened bottles of wine for 4 bottles of 2 pints of beer (NB. Beers will all need to be brought to table at the point of exchange).

For guests who prefer soft drinks on the night instead, it would be fabulous if you could advise this along with other  special dietary requirements for your party. Orange juice will be available at the drinks reception and we will also provide you with 2 complimentary soft drinks tokens at your table.

White wine – Circa Pinot Grigio New South Wales, Australia
This wine displays aromas and flavours of pear and green apples. The palate is crisp and fresh with bright fruit characteristics.

Red wine – Nyala Cabernet Sauvignon, Western Cape, South Africa 
Smooth and full of blackberry and blackcurrant flavours, with a touch of sweet spice on the nose and a soft, full palate of juicy plums 

All Premium tables will also receive 2 complimentary bottles of champagne, or please get in touch with the team if you would prefer to exchange for an alternative, for example soft drinks.

Fresh and vivacious, with citrus fruits, white flower notes, combined with red fruits to offer elegance and a complex finish
