Learn & Network at the Business Culture Events
Your business culture underpins how strategically aligned, engaged and productive your colleagues are on a daily basis, and whether they choose to stay with you over your competitors. It’s one of the top drivers for the right talent to join you, and it’s the differentiator in how you deliver your products or services to your customers. Our winning organisations articulate the value in the brand experience being joined up externally and internally.
Join our Business Culture Award Winners at events throughout 2020 to hear more about the strategies and programmes they have put in place to build exceptional workplace cultures for their people, including a series of two Diversity & Inclusion webinars which you can now watch on demand, a one day conference in September
