Emma has over 12 years of experience partnering with leaders of global organisations to define and activate purpose, brand and culture as drivers for business growth and positive impact. She is a subject matter expert in the fields of Purpose Definition and Employee Value Proposition, and is responsible for ensuring the work we do at Kin&Co has a deep and lasting impact on the organisations we work with. She has consulted for B2C and B2B businesses across sectors such as technology, energy, financial services, law and aviation and worked with senior leaders at organisations including Uber, AXA, Whitbread, British Airways, Allen & Overy and Virgin Media. Emma is passionate about the intersection of Purpose and Culture and equipping leaders and teams with the belief, ideas and tools to turn words into action. Prior to Kin&Co, Emma led the Global Culture Change practice at world-renowned brand consultancy Wolff Olins. She is also a qualified Change Management Practitioner, a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, and a mentor for young talent.
