About the Speaker: Wayne is the founding partner of the Global Growth Institute, with offices located in the UK, Netherlands, Turkey, Bahrain and Mongolia. With over 20 years’ experience of improving the performance of organisations through enhanced people engagement, he has been recognised 5 times by HR Magazine as one of the ‘Most Influential Thinkers in HR’ globally and works with organisations including the UN, FA and the BBC. The GGI have developed over 30,000 managers in over 30 countries us and Wayne has personally advised over 700 CEOs and leadership teams globally. His first book "World Class Managers" launches in March.

About the Speaker: Jo has been closely involved with the Engage for Success movement as a volunteer since launch, with a personal vision ‘To make workplaces better places to be’. She is a member of the Advisory Board and co-hosts the highly successful weekly Engage for Success radio show. Jo’s ‘day job’ is MD of Woodreed, a specialist ad agency who use the tools, techniques, creativity and insight of the advertising world to engage employees inside organisations.
