Awards Event 2022
HR and other business leaders from more than 110 different organisations attended on the night, including the 90+ outstanding organisations who were shortlisted. It was an evening of celebration and laughter for all the teams involved to reflect on their hard work and achievements.

Virtual Round Tables
We hosted a number of invite-only virtual roundtables for CPO’s and HRD’s to enable networking and learning from each other’s challenges and responses in the face of Covid-19, including wellbeing, remote and flexible working, leading organisational momentum during crisis.

The event held at Kellogg’s HQ, Media City UK, focussed on Invigorating Business Culture & Growth through Agility & Innovation. As well as presentations from the Agility Power Team at Kellogg, we heard the inspirational story of one of our Overall Business Culture Award Winners, gunnercooke.

An after-work learning and networking event about how to create exceptional workplaces and empowered people with Business Culture Award winning speakers from Happy, Ela World, plus our event Partner Aegis.

Summer Party with myHRcareers
The Business Culture Awards teamed up with myHRcareers & CultureIQ for an Summer evening’s informal networking. Head of Learning & Talent at Pernod Ricard, Ashley Wickham-Byrne shared her experience of working within complex global organisations.

Awards Night
The Awards Dinner took place at the 5 Star Royal Garden Hotel, London, attended by HR and other business leaders from over 110 organisations, including Finalists, Judges and Partners. The evening was hosted by actor, writer and producer, Sally Phillips, with entertainment provided by the Mariachis.

Event with John West & Home Office
Hosted by Kate-Griffiths- Lambeth at Charles Stanley, herself a Business Culture Award Winner, case study presentations from John West, Home Office and KellyOCG focused on building diverse and inclusive cultures and aligning people with strategy.

Webinar on Building a Culture of Innovation
Michael Britt, VP of the Energy Innovation Centre at Southern Company, a market leader in the US energy sector, explains how the company engaged over half its 30,000 employees in developing innovations over a relatively short period and how these ideas were brought to fruition.

Awards Night
An evening of celebration and laughter for all the organisations present to reflect on their achievements; and for our Finalists, Judges and Event Partners to connect with like-minded professionals. The evening was hosted by the award-winning stand-up comedian, corporate speaker, screenwriter and executive coach Deborah Frances-White.
