Director, Talent Management EMIA AECOM
Hilary has spent many years as Director of Strategy at engineering firm AECOM, where a focused approach has stressed the importance of attraction and development of diverse teams to create innovative solutions. To progress the next generation of female talent, a group mentoring scheme was designed to collaboratively address the challenges faced within AECOM and the wider industry. Female leadership has successfully grown, positively impacting on engagement and business growth.

Chair of the NETWORK
The NETWORK is the Home Office’s race equality staff support group which has worked in partnership with the Diversity and Inclusion team to draw on research, focus group outcomes and best practice to design a programme targeting specific barriers to progression. High-potential employees are identified and developed, ensuring a more talented and inclusive Civil Service department representative of the communities it serves at all levels.
Home Office were Winners of the Business Culture Innovation Category 2017.

Liz has extensive experience of Learning and Organisational Development, delivering demonstrable business results in fast-paced and complex organisations. Among these is Transport for London, who launched transformational change to the London Underground on a massive scale. Extensive coaching and focus groups have achieved shifts in mind-set and behaviours of leaders and employees alike, with overwhelmingly positive feedback and business results.
