Top Tips for Entering

Include specific examples of activities that took place, to underpin the broader story
Incorporate targets, results and other metrics, including for example, the number of people involved, ROI, other organisational impact measures etc
Clearly describe how your approach has advanced your workplace culture
Include the timescales this took place within
Steer clear of jargon and remember that the judges do not know your business inside out as you do
Write concisely; and tell a powerful and engaging story

Awards Night 2026

The Business Culture Awards Dinner will take place on Wednesday 25th November at the InterContinental London Park Lane. We promise an unmissable evening of celebration and laughter with your team. You'll also be able to connect with finalists, judges and other like-minded professionals with a keen interest in innovative workplace culture approaches. She remains one of the UK’s most sought‑after radio and TV comedy writers, including for ITV’s Headcases.

This is a celebration, but we appreciate that there's no one-size-fits-all approach and that people enjoy celebrating in different ways.

 Accessibility Information – The InterContinental Hotel is committed to providing an accessible experience for guests. Wheelchair access is available through the main entrance, with an accessible lift via the main hotel lobby to the mezzanine floor. The doorman will assist guests, and event staff will guide them to the relevant event spaces. If you have any other accessibility, sensory, communication or dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we'll do our very best to accommodate them.

Please do get in touch if you would like to attend but would need to arrive later. Finally, we'll check any dietary requirements when you confirm your booking and appreciate that while some guests enjoy alcohol, others prefer not to.
