Janette Lucas & Bianca René

Partner, Labour & Employment & HR Manager, Squire Patton Boggs

Janette & Bianca will be discussing the progressive wellbeing initiative launched globally by their law firm. As well as supporting clients with their own wellbeing initiatives, the firm has introduced a programme which challenges the sometimes more traditional practices in the legal profession with a much more holistic approach to addressing mental and physical health. Initiatives are flexible, inclusive and wide-ranging, with employees being able to take advantage of benefits that are not just limited to the challenges within the workplace but a range of other areas seen as having the potential to contribute to stress in both their professional and personal lives.
