Creating Winning Cultures to Deliver Winning Strategies
8th May 2025 | 60 London Wall, EC2M 5TQ | 13:15-17:30
The changes impacting work keep on coming. Considering how we adapt to change will help us shape winning workplace cultures for the future. And investing in a vibrant and cohesive workplace culture boosts employee engagement, retention and attraction. It gives organisations and teams the energy, agility and connectedness required to navigate continuous cycles of change.
During this insight-packed, half-day conference, our speakers will share their experiences of implementing culture principles, purpose, values and behaviours; in the context of our fast-evolving world and often dispersed, fragmented workforces. Speakers will explain how these principles are integrated into their companies’ strategy, operations, and people practices and how culture transformation has driven innovation, customer satisfaction, talent attraction, employee engagement and retention.
