Sarah has spent many years as a core member of the Financial Times board responsible for developing and executing its global commercial strategy and transformation, including that embarked on after acquiring new ownership in 2015. Initiatives such as career coaching, internal mentoring, and online tools led to an increase in confidence levels and impressive alignment strategies during a period of rapid change, advancing the mobility and career growth of its people.
Financial Times were Winners of the Business Culture Medium Business Category 2017.

Simon Gosney

Simon has worked in Learning and Development for many years, leading teams in the public and private sectors including the NHS with a proven ability to develop performance and improve employee engagement. After career progression opportunities were revealed to be limited at Dimensions, a not-for-profit organisation supporting adults with learning disabilities, a career development programme called Aspire was launched, yielding admirable levels of career growth, motivation, and staff retention.

Dimensions were Winners of the Business Culture Public/Not For Profit Category 2017.

Client Director & Senior Producer, CH Video

Laura will illustrate how video can be used as a tool to build exceptional culture and high engagement within organisations. CH Video creates narrative-driven video content that is aligned with brand identities, for clients including Heineken, Thames Water and PepsiCo. For example, a showcase video was made to highlight PepsiCo’s Next Big Idea programme. This energetic storytelling boosted pride, identity and team spirit amongst employees; and communicated a powerful portrayal of the brand externally to clients and stakeholders.
