As Head of Learning & Talent at Pernod Ricard, Ashley will share her extensive global experience. She'll be talking about challenges of working in a multicultural organisation; the importance of developing a culture which will attract, develop and retain the most talented future leaders; and highlighting the role L&D needs to play for our organisations' future success. Ashley is passionate about enabling organisations to drive business performance through investing in their people. She joined Pernod Ricard in 2017, having previously worked at Estee Lauder Companies; and Ogier, a global offshore law firm. She started her career in the banking sector with Barclays and Nationwide.
