Overall Business Culture Award Winner XPO Logistics also shared their transformation journey at this event, alongside insight from IBM and our Lead Partner, KellyOCG. We celebrated with networking drinks on IBM's exclusive balcony area, enjoying stunning views of the Thames:

Fran Williams

Head of Human Resources UK, XPO Logistics

During a period of complex change and transformation within the organisation, driven by a large-scale acquisition, Fran has been a key player in ensuring XPO's people are aligned with business strategy. With 23,000 UK employees across 240 locations, the challenge has been to involve colleagues, existing and new, in shaping their future. Learn how "Our Difference" was created through business-wide input and how the underpinning activities have generated a shared sense of purpose and high engagement across the newly-formed company.
