Overall Business Culture Award Winner XPO Logistics also shared their transformation journey at this event, alongside insight from IBM and our Lead Partner, KellyOCG. We celebrated with networking drinks on IBM's exclusive balcony area, enjoying stunning views of the Thames:

Fran Williams

Head of Human Resources UK, XPO Logistics

During a period of complex change and transformation within the organisation, driven by a large-scale acquisition, Fran has been a key player in ensuring XPO's people are aligned with business strategy. With 23,000 UK employees across 240 locations, the challenge has been to involve colleagues, existing and new, in shaping their future. Learn how "Our Difference" was created through business-wide input and how the underpinning activities have generated a shared sense of purpose and high engagement across the newly-formed company.

XPO Logistics are Overall Winners, Business Culture Awards.

Simon Clements

Diversity of teams and thought are increasingly critical to all business and HR leaders. Research shows that diversity is tied directly to company culture and financial performance. Simon will share IBM's history of diversity and inclusion and the in-depth research they have recently conducted with 36 organisations into their current D&I practices, with a particular emphasis on some of the barriers to active inclusion.

Simon is on the Business Culture Awards' Judging Panel.

Adelle Harrington

Adelle is a champion for new talent and a passionate speaker on engagement, inclusivity and the future of work. As a global talent organisation, KellyOCG are encouraging us all to ditch the script on talent, starting with a strong cultural DNA as a foundation for innovation.
