Most organisations don’t fail on strategy they fail on execution. A recent Gallup study points to accountability as a critical leadership gap, driving missed commitments, wasted effort, and inconsistent delivery.

In this roundtable, using ZRG Walking the Talk’s accountability model, we’ll challenge what accountability really means in practice and how to build a culture where promises are made wisely and kept, ownership is clear, and results are delivered. You’ll leave with practical actions to close the gap between intent and execution.
