Passionately believing in the power of the people to affect positive change, Kate and Paul worked tirelessly to introduce a high engagement culture to turnaround organisational performance.

Amina progressed her career through a number of leadership roles within M&S over 22 years, before joining RHP in 2008. By believing that people and service are closely linked, high levels of trust and engagement have accompanied lower levels of customer complaints in the midst of unprecedented change in the housing sector.
