A lawyer by initial training, Kate progressed into HR via various client-facing roles at organisations including RBS and Lloyds TSB. Kate, appointed HR Director by new CEO Paul Abberley, joined Charles Stanley at a time of losses and profit warnings. Passionately believing in the power of the people to affect positive change, Kate and Paul worked tirelessly to introduce a high engagement culture to turnaround organisational performance.

Amina progressed her career through a number of leadership roles within M&S over 22 years, before joining RHP in 2008. With their cultural change programme ‘Iamrhp’, the company has achieved high engagement and outstanding commercial results by launching a diverse and innovative set of initiatives. By believing that people and service are closely linked, high levels of trust and engagement have accompanied lower levels of customer complaints in the midst of unprecedented change in the housing sector.
RHP were Winners of the Business Culture Small Business Category 2016.

Brett has a strong HR background including roles at the BBC, Post Office, Pentland and presently Revium Group, which comprises a portfolio of award-winning companies. Among these is Retail Marketing Group, which sought to increase engagement across a remotely based and rapidly expanding workforce by successfully launching an engagement app whilst the group underwent two large restructures.
Revium Group were Winners of the Business Culture Technology Category 2017.
