Kate, appointed HR Director by new CEO Paul Abberley, joined Charles Stanley at a time of losses and profit warnings. Passionately believing in the power of the people to affect positive change, Kate and Paul worked tirelessly to introduce a high engagement culture to turnaround organisational performance.
Kate & Paul are Business Culture Leadership Category Winners 2018 and Kate sits on the Judging Panel.

Linda is a commercially-driven HR leader whose extensive food sector experience spans brands including Müller, Cargill & John West.
