Benefits of recognition for business culture
The Business Culture Awards gives forward-thinking organisations a way to celebrate work which sets their employees up to succeed; recognising how employee experience is fundamental to business performance. By strengthening your culture and sharing the outcomes you are:
• Creating a sustainable competitive advantage that is much harder to imitate than your products or services.
• Focusing on your employee engagement, one of your leading metrics of organisational performance.
• Applying an effective channel to promote, within and outside of your sector, how your company values its unique culture and its people.
• Gaining access to the powerful Business Culture network and community, which comprises leading practitioners and thinkers in HR and business.
• Demonstrating value to your investors or stakeholders by aligning a stand-out customer brand to an exceptional employer brand.
"You can buy a man's time, you can buy a man's physical presence at a given place; you can even buy a measured number of skilled muscular motions per hour or day. But you cannot buy enthusiasm; you cannot buy initiative; you cannot buy loyalty; you cannot buy the devotion of hearts, minds and souls. You have to earn these things.”Clarence Francis, Chairman General Foods

“We are delighted to win the Business Culture Award for Public Sector 2025. For us this is a tremendous achievement and the whole team are so proud. To be considered against such a high calibre of submissions, and to receive positive feedback from leading industry experts gives our work, our service and our organisation kudos, credibility and assurance. This is important recognition of Mersey Care's focus on culture and the impact it has on our ability to deliver clinical excellence, and will be considered by our oversight frameworks and regulators”
Deputy Director of Workforce; Organisational Effectiveness and Learning, Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust
“Winning the Business Culture Award for Best CSR/Corporate Sustainability Initiative is a proud moment for Patron and for everyone involved in the Women in Safe Homes fund. This recognition is not only a tribute to the dedication of our team, who work essentially pro bono to oversee the fund, but also a powerful endorsement of our mission: to provide safe, secure housing for vulnerable women at risk of homelessness, many of whom are escaping domestic abuse. Awards like this help amplify the fund’s profile and highlight the importance of shaping investment as a tool for tackling complex social issues. We are immensely proud of what the fund has achieved so far - 122 homes acquired and over 650 women and their children housed - and of the precedent it sets for socially responsible real estate investment. This award celebrates that impact, and reinforces our commitment to driving social good through every business action”
Managing Director, Patron Capital
“We have always seen that MP's culture, values and focus on learning is a differentiator in a crowded consultancy market. In recent years we have needed to work harder on retaining these aspects as we expand and open new hub offices across the UK. The Business Culture Awards process is always a great benchmark of our progress”
Head of MP's Public Sector, MIGSO-PCUBED
“At the heart of the programme is helping our teams feel like they truly belong, and it’s worked because they’ve made it their own, shaping it and bringing it to life every day in our kitchens. The Business Culture Awards are a lovely reminder that the way you build culture day-to-day really matters, and we couldn’t be more thankful for this”
Head of Research and Development, Dishoom
“It was an honour to support the Business Culture Awards and to be part of such a meaningful evening. Everything was fantastic the table, the conversations, the atmosphere and it was a real pleasure to present an award and celebrate the incredible work happening across so many organisations. This is a wonderful event that recognises not only outstanding achievements, but also the effort, passion and intention behind them. It’s inspiring to be in a room full of people striving to make workplaces more inclusive, positive and impactful ”
Chief Inclusion Officer, Warner Bros. Discovery
