Important Message for our Event Delegates

In the light of the coronavirus outbreak, we have reviewed World Health Organisation and UK Government guidance with respect to our upcoming events. We can confirm that the Business Culture Conference and other events will be going ahead and that we will continue to keep abreast of new advice as it is issued, including recommendations about events and travel. We will continue to make all delegates aware of any changes to the way we manage our events.

The continuation of our activities as planned is in line with other key UK-based conferences and events including the 2020 UNLEASH Spring Conference, Changeboard Future Talent Conference, HR Grapevine Conference and CIPD Festival of Work. If you are affected by a company or local travel ban which is in force at the time of the Business Culture Conference on 5th May, our team will be pleased to help you and to discuss your options.

Our speakers, partners and other guests are UK-based, with the exception of a small number of delegates from elsewhere in Europe and therefore do not currently pose any significant health threat. As a precaution, we will require confirmation from all registered Conference attendees that if they have travelled to an affected area in the last month, they ensure that at least 14 days have passed from the time they arrive home to travelling to the event and that they have shown no flu-like symptoms in that time. For any guests unable to provide the above assurances, we will require them to send a colleague in their place.

We will continue to plan for and implement specific measures at our events, following WHO and Government advice. This includes hand sanitisation, increased cleaning schedules and providing health information. We will continue to communicate this to you in advance of the event by email, with the latest advice included in our welcome communication just prior to the day.
