This workshop and networking event focused on shifting a silo/tribal mentality to one of collaboration. As a group, we debated the usefulness and problems created by business silos. Facilitator & Speaker
Dragon Learning - Playfully serious
Dragon Leaning's key areas of focus are developing high functioning teams and building high performance cultures. Subtitles to these include collaboration, communication and strategic alignment. They believe that to shift behaviours, you really want to shift beliefs. They have witnessed that by creating environments where delegates ‘feel’ something, you are more likely to impact their beliefs. They are playfully serious. They like to play games, simulations or experiences that generate the ‘Aha’ moments. They facilitate and coach. They do not teach. They provide the opportunity for the individual to be their own teacher.
