Creating Winning Cultures to Deliver Winning Strategies
May 2025, London Wall, London
Culture is a powerful enabler in the successful delivery of your business strategy and the two must be absolutely aligned. A rapidly changing world demands that we constantly review our strategy and approach and foster more agile, collaborative and innovative behaviours and cultures in our organisations.
During this insight-packed, half-day conference, our speakers shared their experiences of implementing culture principles, purpose, values and behaviours; in the context of our fast-evolving world and often dispersed, fragmented workforces. Speakers, including our Business Culture Award Winners, explained how these principles are integrated into their companies’ strategy, operations, and people practices and how culture transformation has driven innovation, customer satisfaction, talent attraction, employee engagement and retention.
