Diversity & Inclusion Category Partner: Hive Learning

We’re delighted to welcome Hive Learning as our sole Learning Partner for the 2019/20 Business Culture Awards and Events, with a focus on Diversity & Inclusion.

Founded in 2012 by the World Cup Winning rugby coach, Sir Clive Woodward, Hive Learning’s fresh approach to digital learning gives organisations a radically faster route to driving inclusion, collaboration and innovation at scale.

Working with organisations including Sky, Deloitte, Pepsico, Jaguar Land Rover and Dow Jones, Hive Learning uniquely combines an award-winning peer learning platform, purposeful content solutions designed to spark action and expertise learning activation services.

This powerful combination helps organisations drive daily action and lasting behavioural change by tapping into the power of their people.

Technology is the foundation; content forms the building blocks and learning activation specialists bring the learning architecture to life. Hive Learning’s powerful peer learning platform makes it easy for people to discover purposeful learning content most relevant to them, using nudges and notifications to drive up to 90% monthly engagement.

Action-based content programmes - like Kaleidoscope, a digital toolkit that gives leaders and managers the practical tools to be more inclusive every day - help people get comfortable with new concepts and critical behaviour while sparking action, discussion and reflection. Hive Learning research shows that learners are 10 X more likely to form a learning habit when they learn in a group.

Technology alone can’t drive behaviour change, so Hive Learning’s Activation Specialists help create tailored ongoing engagement strategies that short circuit the lifecycle of learning, utilising powerful insights and analytics generated to enable leaders to understand who is engaging, where, and how. Our activation expertise is the reason we have an NPS score of 52.

Hive Learning helps people learn together anytime, anywhere, everyday; giving organisations a radically faster route to driving inclusion, collaboration and innovation at scale.
