Redefining Sport through Gender Equality

Nowhere is the introduction of a level playing field arguably more conspicuous to “employees and customers” as in sport. Current Business Culture Awards’ DE&I Winner, Lewes Football Club, is leading the way in gender equality and inclusion in sports. They became the first, and are currently the only, professional or semi professional club to give their women footballers the same playing budgets, pitch and training facilities as the men.
