The coaching industry is growing and evolving due to an increased demand for professional development and a realisation of the impact of a coaching culture and coaching conversations on collaboration, employee engagement and business performance overall.
As well as more traditional one-to-one coaching, different approaches have gained popularity, including group and outdoor coaching, or that focussed on specialised areas such as leadership, career, or wellness. In line with our changing working environments and practices, remote and global coaching has become more commonplace and popular; achieving impact with agility, often at a lower cost.
Our panellists share practical examples of coaching practice in their workplaces, whether this has evolved and the results that have been seen. They share where coaching is having the greatest impact on their teams and organisations and some of the challenges, barriers, or successes they have seen when trialling or adopting different coaching strategies.
